L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid the body makes from another amino acid called phenylalanine and a precursor to adrenaline, norepinephrine, dopamine, and L-dopa. L-tyrosine is involved in the production of thyroid hormone and the skin pigment melanin.* Free-form amino acid, high purity, well tolerated.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
