This policy applies to supplements and wellness products ordered through welltopiarx.com.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. For orders of $79 or less, shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Optional expedited shipping, when available, costs extra.
Processing and Delivery
Orders generally ship within 4-7 business days after the order is placed and may ship sooner. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details when available.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to wait or cancel unshipped items for a prompt, full refund for those items and any applicable shipping charges.
Temperature Sensitive Products
We follow applicable manufacturer guidance for products requiring special shipping or handling and will communicate any special delivery arrangements when needed. Please follow the storage instructions on the product label.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package appears lost, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Packages marked delivered but not received are reviewed individually.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos if available. We cover shipping needed to correct our error. Returns follow our Refund Policy.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address before ordering. If a change is needed, contact us promptly. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible after shipment.
