Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns or replacements for:

Products damaged during shipping
Incorrect product(s) shipped by Welltopia
Manufacturer recalls
Shipping errors
Unopened items accidentally ordered (subject to approval)
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Product Integrity

Because we cannot verify how supplements have been stored after they leave our pharmacy, opened products, refrigerated items, temperature-sensitive products, and certain special-order items are generally not eligible for return.

This policy helps ensure that every patient receives products that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and freshness.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Welltopia before being sent back.

To request a return, please have the following information available:

Invoice or order number
Product name
Reason for the return
Photos (if the item was damaged during shipping)

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process the approved request as one of the following:

Replacement product
Refund to the original payment method
Store credit
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
