Suggested use
Take 1 capsule twice daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix capsules, swallow the capsule whole.
Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Acanthaceae family or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressant, anticoagulant, antiplatelet, or hypotensive medications (or supplements).
