Suggested Use
Adults: Use 1 AVEMAR™ sachet daily for persons under 200 pounds in body weight. Add contents of AVEMR™ sachet to four (4) oz of cold water, mix well, and drink within 30 minutes. To maximize absorption, consume AVEMAR™ approximately one (1) hour before and after food and two (2) hours before and after any drugs or supplements.

As a dietary supplement for persons under 200lbs or 89kg in body weight use 1 AVEMAR packet daily. For persons over 200lbs or 89kg in body weight use 2 AVEMAR packets daily. Add AVEMAR packet to 4oz of water and drink immediately. AVEMAR can be mixed with other beverages, but only those providing less than 5mg of vitamin C per 4oz serving. To maximize absorption, consume AVE MAR one hour before or after a meal, and 2 hours before or after taking any drugs or other dietary,y supplements.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. AVEMAR should not be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Consult with a healthcare professional for recommended usage for children and for guidance on using more than 1 AVEMAR packet daily. Discontinue AVEMAR usage 2 days before barium X-ray contrast examinations and resume 2 days after the completion of the examination. Do not consume AVEMAR if you have had an organ or tissue transplant have malabsorption syndrome, have gluten-sensitive enteropathies (celiac sprue), or have hypersensitivity to gluten, wheat germ, or any of the components or ingredients of this product. If using Vitamin C take AVEMAR 2 hours prior. This product is not intended to be the sole source of nutrients in the diet.
