B12 Methylcobalamin
Regular vitamin B12, or cyanocobalamin, must be absorbed and then converted by the body into an active form to be of use.* Due to genetic variations, some individuals may have trouble converting B12 to active forms.*
Coenzyme vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, with folic acid. Regular B12 (cyanocobalamin) must be converted to an active form, such as methylcobalamin, to be used in the body.
As a dietary supplement, adults place 1 lozenge daily under tongue 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly capped.
