Although the best results come from daily use, giving Calm Kids to your child on an occasional basis may provide benefits as well.

How many capsules should I start out with? How long does it take before I notice a difference with my child?

The time that you’ll notice benefits varies from child to child.  However, the best way to start a regimen is by starting with 1 capsule daily, and increasing the dosage every few days until the desired response is achieved.  However, we do not recommend taking more than 8 capsules of Calm Kids daily.
