Support for a calm mind and mild, occasional anxiety.* We prepare our Lemon Balm extract from the fresh herb of Melissa officinalis plants. We grow the herb on our Certified Organic farms in southern Oregon. Then we extract the Lemon Balm fresh.

Suggested Use
Shake well before using
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times daily. Best taken between meals.
