Return Exceptions

Welltopia Pharmacy team will have full discretion in accepting returns and exchanges. Accepted Returns must be sealed in the original container in excellent condition. (within 21 days ONLY) Non-sealed items are non-exchangeable. Skin care products, such as: Bela Nektar, and The Organic Pharmacy products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Orders and Returns

  • Welltopia Pharmacy guarantees satisfaction.
  • If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange, according to the discretion of Welltopia Pharmacy team and after investigation. (You will be requested to submit a valid reason for your request – with a realtime photo with date and time)
  • Products may be eligible for a refund, or an exchange within 21 days from the date of your order from www.welltopiarx.com or payment made at Welltopia Pharmacy with a valid sales receipt or www.welltopiarx.com packing slip.
  • The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Welltopia Pharmacy within 21 days of delivery at 262-429-9429.
  • Please supply us with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
  • Welltopia Pharmacy will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
  • We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. In case of a return (not exchange) of a product that is not in a damaged condition, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to ship the product back to Welltopia Pharmacy.

Shipping

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Pricing on the Sites does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or similar taxes. At this time, subject to change in our exclusive discretion.
  • With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products will be shipped FOB our plant and all risk of loss shall pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the Products to the common carrier.
  • You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address.
  • In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate shipping information, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments
  • Welltopia Pharmacy is committed to making your experience as convenient as possible.
  • We offer free delivery on all products within a 20-mile radius for patients who get prescribed medications through Welltopia. Additionally, we provide free delivery for all compounding medications, ensuring you get your customized treatments without any extra cost. For even greater convenience, our All In One Welltopia Service combines free service and free delivery, offering a seamless experience for your health and wellness needs. For domestic orders under $50.00 shipping within the United States and its territories, shipping rates will be applied.
  • Welltopia Pharmacy reserves the right to choose shipping carriers and methods. Shipping rates are subject at any time to change with prior notice to the customer.
