Notes:
- We will contact the patient within 24 hours and follow up with delivery for the prescription for free. Most prescriptions reach the patients within two business days.
- Prescriptions may also be mailed to the pharmacy at: Welltopia Pharmacy, 136 N Main St, Thiensville, WI 53092.
- Be sure to include the phone number for the patient.
